General Job Description: |
The successful candidate will process and print invoices from a shipment register. Specific duties include the following: Checking and verifying client data against set of rules, etc; Processing and printing credit memos from return receipts report - This includes the above checks, as well as, verifying invoices being credited; Mailing and/or faxing invoices and credit memos to customers; Filing and matching sales orders and change orders; Creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets for verification of sales; Generating, verifying, and mailing monthly statements; Creating special invoices requested for sales department and customers; Dealing with external and internal customers. Inputting Cost Center data and ensuring accuracies; Reporting weekly progress and reports at the team meetings; verifying bills and disputing errors; making payments to vendors on due bills and other responsibilities as provided by your manager. Skill Sets: |
Some college and/or continued education

Ability to learn on weekly basis concerning products and services within Wireless
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both on the phone and in written form.

Operational Tasks: |
Answer all inbound calls
Make outbound Call-list phone calls
Communicate within the company and outside the company via email, telephone, written and verbal communication methodologies
Learn about existing products and services not excluding new products and services
Create friendly relationships with your clients/customers for continued sales and support functions within wireless industry
Some technical support abilities on existing products
Direct inbound communications outside their work scope to the right entity within WirelessGalaxy
Scout for existing and new sales opportunities
Answer client emails with right answers and advise
Provide 100% customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and guidelines

General Job Description: |
The position is responsible for coordination and production of sales and service related orders.
The fulfillment coordinator works closely with sales and sales support teams to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
Completes complicated technical specifications, prior to scheduling for production.
Responsible for maintain production schedules and problem resolution.
Acts as Liaison between sales and technical groups. And completes technical specifications as needed.
Assists with post order analysis and client satisfaction follow-up.
Assist in the development of overall department processes and procedures.
Work with current and new vendors on short/back ordered supplies and coordinate and communicate with internal and external clients. |

Skills required: |
At least an Associate or equilant qualifications is required
Project coordination background desired
Familiar with a variety of on-line marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
Outstanding organizational and personal computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent and clear communication skills are required.
