Return & Exchange Policies and Guidelines:
 
• If you are not satisfied with the product that you just received, Please call us Toll Free number at 1-800-569-8486 between Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM OR Email us at customerservice@wirelessgalaxy.com and give us your feedback. We want all our customers to be happy customer and we promise to put in all the effort needed for your complete satisfaction with your experience with WirelessGalaxy.com. • We offer a 15 Day Product Return and Exchange Period beginning from the Day that you received your Order. Our Customers and Patrons can return products for a 100% IN-Store credit (Gift Certificate) or have the amount (with 20% Restocking Fee) applied back to the purchasing credit CARD. However shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. All Replacements or Exchanges must be processed within the 15 day time period.

Return & Exchange Policies and Guidelines
 

• Our customers have a choice of selecting from two options of refunds: 100% In-store credit OR have the credit to be applied back to the purchasing credit card (with 20% Restocking Fee). All credits are issued within 7-21 business days. However the following terms apply to ALL returns, please read carefully. Back to top

Cellular Phones
 

• All phones must be reported defective or returned within 15 days of purchase. After the initial 15 days to report, the standard Return Policy WILL NOT be applied and the item will be returned back to the sender at their expense. Back to top
 

• Any Software that has been opened can not be returned as per Federal Government Regulations.

ALL Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

• Product must be in original condition received.

• Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.

• Product must be returned within 15 days of delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).

• All components and manual must be returned.

• A clear return address must be on the package.

• Items not in compliance with return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

RMA# is a must for all returns and can be obtained by filling out the form on the following link: http://www.wirelessgalaxy.com/rma/. Returns without RMA # will not be accepted.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all Exchanges.

• Any amount difference between Exchanged items will either be charged to your credit card on file or you will receive In-store credit for the difference.

• All Sales are Final after the 15 Day Return & Exchange Period expires. For Support on products that are not covered under the 15 Day Return and Exchange Period, Please refer to Warranty Guidelines.

• Warranty doesn't cover Physical damage to products.

• Return Shipping Charges for products Replaced under Warranty (after the 15 days Return/Exchange time period), would not be reimbursed.

• Products under Warranty are Replaced Free of charge; however $5.95 Shipping Charges will apply.

Close Out/ Open Box Products and Phones
 

• Products that are sold as 'Closed Out Products/ Open Box' are sold as is. No Refunds and exchanges are provided on these items. All Sales are Final. If the items are covered under warranty, please refer to our warranty page for guidelines.

Any Missing Parts or Accessories
 

• Any Missing Parts or Accessories from your initial order must be reported to us via either a (Phone Call/Email) within 48 hrs. after delivery. Back to top

Damaged / Defective Items
 

• Damages in Shipment Regardless of your shipping terms, we will assist you if the merchandise is verified as damaged in transit. If this occurs, please take the following action:

• Do not accept a visibly damaged product until the person making the delivery has endorsed the air bill/bill of lading with a statement of the extent of the damage.

• If damage is concealed and found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately call us. Concealed damage must be reported on the same day of delivery.

• Notify us immediately of damages so that we can provide you with assistance on the claim with the freight carrier. When calling, please have the sales order number at hand. Back to top

Lost Orders /Address Changes
 

Lost Orders

• Any orders that may have been lost in mail must be reported within 10 days from the ship date. Only after 10 business days will orders be reshipped that are domestic orders. International orders will be reshipped after 20 business days. However this rule only applies to United States Post Office carrier or Airmail if international. If the lost items in question are not reported in the appropriate time the items will not be replaced. Back to top

Address Changes

• If at the time of the order the incorrect address is given, all address changes must be submitted and confirmed within two hours of placing the order by alerting us either via email: customerservice@wirelessgalaxy.com if after hours or at the toll free number : 1-800-569-8486. All changes are updated in a 24hr. period. Back to top

Refused Orders

• If the order is not requested to be cancelled before the package ships and is refused upon delivery it is subject to a shipping / restocking fee.

• Any order refused by FedEx or UPS will be charged a standard $10.00 fee for the return shipping fees.

• Any order refused by USPS will be subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Back to top
