I have been in the Advertising Industry for over 18 years. I have helped companies advertise their attention to customer care and satisfaction. But my purchase experience in your retail store on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 should be the standard. First of all, Mika, in your phone sales and support department, went out of her way to find the exact product, which I had seen on another website (www.extremepda.com), and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. When I visited your store, the two gentleman working on the front counter were amazing! They helped me find everything I was looking for and more. I purchased a Blackberry Pearl from AT&T on Saturday, and I now have accessories that fit perfectly. I only spent $29.00 today, but I intend to spend much, much more because of the service and care I received.

Again, please be proud that you have created a company and employee environment that has not only exceeded my expectations, which are very high, but a purchase experience that every customer of every industry is looking for. I intend to tell all my Co-workers, friends and family about your store.
