Samsung SGH-X507

The Samsung SGH-X507 is a flip phone with a terrific three megabytes of memory. The 65K UFB internal monitor features a resolution of 128 by 160 pixels, guaranteeing an excellent view. The phone’s external display - which shows in 4 gray in a resolution of 96 by 64 pixels, is also easy on the user’s eyes.

The Samsung SGH-X507 features 3D sound technology for MP3, AAC, SMAF and SMF files. Also included on the standard phone, 40 individual polyphonic ringtones allow the user the option of customizing their own phone. Like all flip phones, the Samsung SGH-X507 is compact and easily handled - measuring 3.30” high, 1.75” wide and 0.75” thick when shut.

The phone is businesslike in both appearance and features. Highly advanced SMS features come with the standard Samsung SGH-X507 - including image and sound messaging service and EMS. POP3-supported email access is another useful feature, and vCard/vCalendar comes with the phone. Instant messaging capability is also embedded - giving users constant access to their buddy lists and online contacts. The phone supports Internet browsing via WAP 2.0, and JAVA supports the user’s downloads and phone media.

The Samsung x507 is a compact, stylish basic clamshell phone. Key attributes include EDGE class 10 data, Java, and EMS/picture messaging. Other features go on to include speakerphone, MP3 ringtones, an external display, and support for MobiTV.
