Sanyo PRO-700

Sanyo Pro-700 is designed for harsh environments, providing a rugged exterior certified to military standards for dust, shock and vibration. This compact clamshell phone is one of the first to support QChat technology, which enables Direct Connect push-to-talk service on Sprint's CDMA network. This is also one of the first feature phones with EVDO Rev. A high-speed data. Other features are mostly basic, but do include a QVGA main display, unique high-contrast outer display, Bluetooth, and call screening. This phone includes Direct Connect service which provides one-to-one push-to-talk communication including single number option for one number for both wireless phone calls, and Mobile Sync service which allows consumers to manage all their contact online including groups for PTT and text/voice messaging, automatically synchronizing between a phone for easier entry, access and full secure backup.

Sanyo Pro-200 and Sanyo Pro-700. These phones will take advantage of Sprint's PTT (Push-To-Talk) service and also support Sprint Mobile Broadband. Both phones support Qualcomm's QChat technology and feature call alerts (sending a repeating PTT alert to another subscriber), Group Connect (one-to-many capability, allowing you to communicate with up to 20 other Direct Connect subscribers), missed call notification and DC Permissions. The Sprint Mobile Sync online tool allows you to manage contact information, including setting up groups for PTT and text/voice messaging.
