Is my cellular phone compatible with a cellular headset?
Most cellular phones are equipped to accept the 2.5mm plug that comes with cellular headsets. Unfortunately, some of the most popular manufacturers such as Nokia, Qualcomm and Ericsson, require special adapters for headset use.
What kind of cellular headsets are available?
There are numerous choices of headset styles available. Styles include: over-the-head, in-the-ear and on-the-ear. All of these models are easy to slip on. For safety reasons we only recommend single ear headsets (so you can hear what is going on around you).
Can I use my cellular headset with my telephone or cordless telephone?
You can also use cellular headsets with many cordless phones as well. If you want to use it with a regular telephone, you may want to make a bigger investment and purchase a headset that can also be used with a telephone headset amplifier that can work with any traditional telephone.
How concerned should I be about reports of radiation from cellular phones?
This is a growing area of concern for many people. The medical evidence published so far is not conclusive and is somewhat contradictory.
