| Here is what to expect with the use of our RMA system: |
| 1. Start an RMA transaction. Select type of return service you need: |

a. Return for Refund/Credit |
| |
b. Return for Exchange |
| |
c. Return for Replacement under Warranty. |
| 2. Within 4 to 24 hours (except weekends), our Returns dept will approve a valid RMA#. |
| 3. An email will be sent to you with valid RMA#. |
| 4. Send the Package to our warehouse address. |
| 5. When the Returned package is received at our warehouse, an automated email with the arrival confirmation will be emailed to you. Please allow few days for our Returns team to identify your package, open the package and log your package as “Received” into our RMA system. |
| 6. After the package is received, our Billing team will “Resolve the RMA transaction” within 24-72 hours. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the necessary information. |
